Behaviour:
The male calling song is similar in general pattern to that of I. pyrenaea, but the main part of each syllable is much longer, about 250-330 ms, and the syllables are repated more rapidly, about 2/s. 'After-ricks' are also usually present, following the main part of the syllable after an interval of about 70-130 ms.[1]
