Poecilimon Poecilimon jonicus
Behaviour:
The male calling song is very similar to that of P. ornatus: single 'tick'-like closing hemi-syllables repeated every 4-8 s, or occassionally more or less frequently than this. As in P. ornatus each hemisyllable lastas about 20 ms. [1]
