Eurycorypha cereris

Behaviour: 

The call of E. cereris consists of 3 closely spaced syllables, followed by 4 short impulses, most likely produced by only one or few proximal teeth of the file hitting the scraper. Mean syllable duration is 0.0344 s (SD=0.00355, n=48); the peak frequency of the call is 10.0–16.4 kHz (Figs. 56G–I). The call is audible from a distance of a few meters. [1]
