From the front matter of Ultrasonic Communication by animals [1]. The Royal Air Force 360 Squadron used the moth Melese laodamia (Druce, 1884) as part of their squadron badge. The squadron focussed on counter measures to electromagnetic radar, analogous to the moths defenses against the bioacoustic sonar of bats.
